         Refund Policy

Given the nature of goods that we supply, we can only exchange the goods or supply you with Credit Note for future purchase; with limited amount and quantity.

In case you (client) want to return any new & unused item, please contact our customer services for a return authorization. The return authorisation is subject to genuinity of the cause for return and deicision can not be challanged by the clinet/customer.  The product/packaging is to be returned to us in original with complete contents and no tampering. Once your return is accepted, we will issue a credit note for the amount of returned good; which can be adjusted to purchase a new product now or in future. All shipping costs for return of items and resending new item in lieu will have to be borne by you and paid upfront. In addition to shipping cost the cancellation cost will be Rs 300 per cancellation/return.

 

This policy is limited to 02 no. of quantities or value of Rs. 2000/- maximum.

Return claim is acceptable within two days from dispatch date. Material value more than      Rs. 2001/- is not liable for refund or exchange & if the material is faulty then will be treated as per warranty norms.

 

 

        Cancellation & Return Policy

All products sold by autocon.biz are from reputed principals. All warranty/guarantee is directly provided by respective principals, whose contacts are supplied with the goods any order placed with www.autocon.biz can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. For order cancellation, please contact on the telephone 0278 2511054 or email to info@autocon.biz with your Order number. Each cancellation will incur a 5% processing charge of total order value or Rs 300/- whichever is higher. In case the item is already shipped before cancellation, then the total deductions will also include the shipping fees.

In case you want to return an item which is defective on arrival, please contact our customer services. Based on the product, we will either arrange the principal’s maintenance people to visit your premises for rectification/replacement of the product. Or, the defective product can be shipped back to us or to the manufacturer as per the warranty terms. Warranty norms has to be followed for every case.
